The South West MS Therapy Centre was delighted to welcome Steve Race MP to the centre on Friday 27 February, where he learned more about the centre’s work and met local people living with long-term conditions.

We welcomed BBC Spotlight's health correspondent Jen Smith, and camera man Chris to film at the centre this week.

Mandy and Brent celebrate 9 Years service to the members and staff of the MS Therapy Centre last week.

The ISUMS Implementation Toolkit (Implementing Standing frame Use in Multiple Sclerosis) aims to make standing frames more accessible and consistently available across the NHS, by creating a pack of resources including videos, checklists, patient information leaflets and training tools.

One of our members Catherine, tried out the newly installed Pool Pod 3.0 at Lords Meadow Leisure Centre in Crediton.

We have been given another opportunity as a designated charity for Exeter Chiefs Foundation, Rugby Season 2025/2026, to join a bucket collection on Easter Saturday 4th April. As a designated charity, we will get a share of the proceeds raised.

People living with multiple sclerosis (MS) in Exeter have reported transformative results after completing a free six-week course designed to help manage fatigue, often described as one of the most challenging symptoms of the condition.

People in Devon living with multiple sclerosis and other long-term health conditions need new premises to access vital support from the South West MS Therapy Centre. 

Thank you to all our members and supporters helping us make the Westcotts annual Golf Day another tremendous success raising over £5000 for the charity.

Jess has recently stepped into the role of Operations Manager, where she will be supporting all members of the team across a variety of areas.

We have been selected again for the 2025/2026 Rugby Season as a designated charity for Exeter Chiefs Foundation.
